Delivery & Acceptance

Orders are processed as they are received (from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
The orders are sent using the most adapted freight transportation according to the consignee’s country.
Delivery would be made within 7 business days (order processing and delivery period). The delivery deadline begins to run from the time the order confirmation email is sent.

FÉREY&VIDAL SL will process the order within a maximum time of 30 days in any case, starting from the order validation day, subject to availability and complete payment of the price.

FÉREY&VIDAL SL reserves the right to split deliveries. Participation in shipping costs will then only be invoiced for a single shipment.If articles may be delivered on different dates due to their availability, the delivery deadline will be based on the longer period.

Orders will be delivered at the address selected by the customer.
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product, damaged package, broken product ...) must be indicated on the delivery form and firmed by the customer. If the Product is damaged or do not match the order, a detailed claim must be emailed within three days to info@grocgroc.com. Any claim submitted after this deadline cannot be accepted.

Right of withdrawal

We will only accept products returned in their entirety and original packaging, in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.

This right of withdrawal is without penalty, except costs of return. Assuming the exercise of the right of withdrawal (14 days), the consumer has the option of requesting either a refund, or exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the return costs will be charged.
The product(s) must be returned in perfect conditions at the address of the company.

Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company will reimburse the consumer within 14 days after reception of the product(s). This period may be extended to 30 days, especially when the product needs a specific audit.

The customer will then be refunded by crediting his bank card or account used for the purchase.
