Terms and conditions of purchase
Products can only be sold to adults (or minors in possession of permission from their legal representative allowing them to place an order) and who have full legal capacity to place orders on www.grocgroc.com. FÉREY&VIDAL SL reserves the right to request to the Customer to provide evidence of his identity, attesting his age and/or authorization from the legal representative. FÉREY&VIDAL SL reserves the right to cancel an order and/or to exclude from its customers/prospects database any Customer who has not responded to the above request or who does not comply with the principles laid out in this clause.
The Products sold by FÉREY&VIDAL SL are those appearing on www.grocgroc.com during the visit. FÉREY&VIDAL SL reserves the right to split deliveries as needed. On rare occasions, available stock may be erroneously stated.
The Customer shall be responsible for any use made of the Products purchased on www.grocgroc.com. The Products are for the Customer's personal use, without any direct relationship to his/her professional activity.
Products sold on www.grocgroc.com comply with Spanish laws and regulations. The Customer shall contact the local authorities of the consignee’s country to determine the limitations on the importation (duties, taxes…) and use of the ordered Products. The Customer must verify the local regulations before ordering on www.grocgroc.com.

Pictures illustrating the Products are excluded from the scope of the contract.
Prices are indicated in Euros. They do not include shipping costswhich are indicated before the validation of the order. The prices include VAT (Spanish rate) for orders made from the EU and do not include VAT for orders made from foreign countries (out of the EU Area). Payment must be made to confirm the order. In case of no payment, the order will be considered as cancelled by the Customer.
FÉREY&VIDAL SL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be charged at the price indicated when the order is realized. The products are subject to stock availability. Any shipping costs will be charged additionally and indicated to the Customer prior to the final order validation.
All orders must be paid in Euros.
The Customer may freely browse through the various pages of the site without, however, being committed to an order. She/He may place an order either as a guest, or by creating a customer account on www.grocgroc.com filling the form and identifying her/himself via his email address and password, if she/he has already created an account on www.grocgroc.com.
The Customer can create an account by completing the form providing the information necessary for the Customer's identification like last name, first name, mailing address… The Customer will also choose his password. The Customer is responsible for regularly changing his password on the ‘My account’ page. It is highly recommended not to choose a common password.The Customer's email address will be the user name (login). The Invoicing address can be different from the delivery address. The Customer will receive an email to confirmthe account registration.The Customer shall keep his password confidential.
The customer will add the selected products to the basket and to continue the ordering process, the Customer must click on ‘validate’, then select the delivery and billing addresses, then click on ‘validate’. The method of delivery is displayed, the Customer must validate the order agreeing with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Prior to final validation, the Customer may verify the details of his order, the total price includes, products costs, taxes, shipping costs and/or any applicable costs. The Customer can modify the order, and/or the information concerning the invoicing and/or delivery address and/or cancel the order by browsing backwards.
Once the payment has been confirmed, an email will be sent to the email address registered in the account and confirm all the details of the order. From this step, the delivery address cannot be modified.
To confirm the order, the customer must use one of the payment methods specified in the website. The customer confirms the method of payment he has selected and processed to the payment to confirm the order. The company may suspend any order and delivery in case of refusal of payment by credit card or in the event of non-payment. The company specifically reserves the right to refuse to sell to a customer with whom a payment dispute is in under administration. FÉREY&VIDAL SL entrusts the safety of the transactions to the service provided by its bank. Payment by credit or payment card on www.grocgroc.com is made with a secured bank server using the system of its bank partner. The encryption process used is the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). The bank data’s are encrypted using software and no payment data is stocked by FÉREY&VIDAL SL.
Delivery & Acceptance
Orders are processed as they are received (from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
The orders are sent using the most adapted freight transportation according to the consignee’s country.
Delivery would be made within 7 business days (order processing and delivery period). The delivery deadline begins to run from the time the order confirmation email is sent.
FÉREY&VIDAL SLwill process the order within a maximum time of 30 days in any case, starting from the order validation day, subject to availability and complete payment of the price.
FÉREY&VIDAL SL reserves the right to split deliveries. Participation in shipping costs will then only be invoiced for a single shipment.If articles may be delivered on different dates due to their availability, the delivery deadline will be based on the longer period.
Orders will be delivered at the address selected by the customer.
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product, damaged package, broken product ...) must be indicated on the delivery form and firmed by the customer. If the Product is damaged or do not match the order, a detailed claim must be emailed within three days to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any claim submitted after this deadline cannot be accepted.
Right of withdrawal
We will only accept products returned in their entirety and original packaging, in perfect condition for resale. Any product that has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
This right of withdrawal is without penalty, except costs of return. Assuming the exercise of the right of withdrawal (14 days), the consumer has the option of requesting either a refund, or exchange of the product. In the case of an exchange, the return costs will be charged.
The product(s) must be returned in perfect conditions at the address of the company.
Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company will reimburse the consumer within 14 days after reception of the product(s). This period may be extended to 30 days, especially when the product needs a specific audit.
The customer will then be refunded by crediting his bank card used for the purchase.
